A low-cost 3D Scanning and image design software: One novel aspect of the present device is its dedicated scanning software for facial prosthetics. This software allows simple line scanning using even a single mobile phone camera. The images are processes through an AI supported software that can reconstruct a facial part that is most suitable for the patient. The raw scanned data obtained by the scanner are modified by removing noisy polygons, along with color adjustment of areas with specular highlights or other inaccuracies. Importing the acquisitioned facial data into Miracare software, the face image is reconstructed by algorithms based on point cloud method, and the missed organ is modeled via a cutting-edge AI technology.
